    The sheepdogs I’m thinking of tend to be a bit smaller than labs. I’m thinking maybe about 50 lbs or so. But of course you won’t know until it grows up.

    lol glad i read all there. i was wondering how you have a sheep/lab mix. i would guess anywhere from 60-90 lbs. sheepdogs tend to be bigger and taller than labs. but labs can be big dogs too. it depends on the parents of the lab and the sheepdog. plus the shelter might have just been guessing at the breed mix. your best bet is to ask your vet when you take the pup in for vaccines and a checkup and deworming. good luck with your new pup.

  • There is actually no posititve way to know for sure about how large/big a mix dog will get. Purebred dogs you can tell based on the history of other dogs in their group; however, with mix it kind of hard to tell because the sizes are different and positive way.

    i have a Labrador Dalmatian mix and our vet told us that she would reach 35-45kilos if that helps?
