I think you’re “barking” up the wrong tree with this one.
Get a dalmation to change the lightbulb as they can always “spot” the problem.
Most dogs can’t do this sort of work as they handle lightbulbs too “RUFF!! RUFF!”.

It took three to change my lightbulb, and it still broke in 2 days.
It takes four to change a light bulb.
One to change it and three to deny it or was it two, one to change it and the other to change it back again. lol
LOL The cat answer would be “Get the dog to do it if you need light, I can see perfectly well in the dark,”
