I adopted a dog from Pet Rescue last June. He is one of the best natured dogs (puppies) I have ever seen. No doubt it is because he was fostered by a great family before he became adoptable instead of being caged all the time. Thanks to Judy and thanks to all the fosters out there.

Thank you, Judy for looking out for those who can not look out for themselves. The world needs more people like you. God Bless.

It pisses me off more then anything when people buy pets. Unless you are into showing your dog in trade shows there is no reason to buy and support terrible organizations. Pets by Judy is wonderful and I wish there were more people out there like her!

Fortunately most of these pets have found their forever homes. We are always getting new ones; they are posted at PetRescueByJudy. com website.

  • Are some of them going up for adoption soon?

I was at Petsmart recently and saw your animals out for adoption and picked up one of your fliers. What a great organization! I just adopted a cat a few weeks ago from SPCA and it opened my eyes to the needs that so many animals have locally. I think it’s great what you’re doing! I posted a video of my cat to show potential adopters how much fun these critters can bring into your life if you give them the chance. All the best!

Yes, adopt don’t shop!!! Pets from pet stores ALL come from PUPPY MILL BREEDERS KNOW MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU! We only adopt and every dog has been neglected and/or abused and it’s amazing with consistent love, attention and structure/discipline how much they improve and are so happy. Mine smile all day everyday. God bless you for saving animals.

It is the Happily Ever Afters that keep Judy going. Thank you for sharing, and thank your mother for giving a loving safe home to an abandoned pet!

My Mom took in a dog from Judy. He was the love of her life for many year. I am so thankful for Judy and the “matchmaking” she does. Love comes in fur for sure! All of us living beings, dogs cats and people deserve to have love and a warm safe bed.

Thank you Judy for all you’re doing for these poor creatures. I so wish I could make a donation, but I’m disabled and am on a very limited income and have 4 cats of my own. Bless your kind heart. You’re in my prayers.

Thank you Judy and team for the fabulous work you do for the pets of Central Florida.

Come on everyone, let’s sign that petition and help get Judy a shelter for these fur babies!

  • banracing says:

I know just about where you are located. Good luck, God knows how much we need people like yourself to help HIS creatures. My heart breaks for any helpless animal.

  • prbj says:

We are in the northern Orlando area, Winter Springs/Oviedo vicinity. Thank you for your kind words.

  • banracing says:

God bless you /and the work you do for the unwanted pets. Where in Central FL are you located? I have a condo on the ocean /Flagler Beach area. Are you anywhere near? Good luck in your efforts.

Judy takes them all — Sick, ugly, 2 days old, 15 years old. None are put down. She and a group of caring volunteers have devoted themselves to the health and comfort of these animals. When you adopt a pet from Judy, you’ve made a good choice. PLEASE HELP! Sign the petition; make a donation; and help to get a shelter for these animals . . .and for Judy. Susan

Sure, blame the three year old! You’re so funny! But you are right. Every donation helps. When we rescue a cat, by the time we spay/neuter, vet check and get it’s shots, our average expense is $123. Oh, and now it expects to be fed and have cat litter! Our adoption fee is usually $125. Not a lot of leaway here. And so many of our pets require additional medical care. We depend on donations outside of adoptions to make ends meet. We love our supporters!

  • trishd73 says:

Ok, I am replying to myself just to make a correction on my math. The correct figure would be $35,000. Sorry about that but sometimes it is hard to concentrate with a 3 year old screaming in your ear. Regardless, whether it be $3,500, $35,000, or $350,000 ANY amount of donations are always greatly appreciated and desperatley needed. ALL money goes DIRECTLY to saving these beautiful cats and dogs lives and meeting all of their health needs, including spaying/neutering which is of most importance!

Judy has saved the lives of so many homeless and abandoned animals. Could you only imagine how many more she could save with a shelter? PLEASE sign the Extreme Home Makeover petition! As for donations, just think what she could do if everyone who watched this wonderful video sent in $10! Almost 3,500 people have seen this video – that would be $350,000! Any help at all would be so deeply appreciated by this organization and especially by the animals. The kitties and doggies need our help!!!

  • prbj says:

Please encourage everyone to sign the Extreme Home Makeover petition. You can link to it at the top right, within About This Video, or from the Pet Rescue By Judy website. Although we originally limited signatures to Florida Residents to demonstrate local support, we now hope for a show of nation interest! Imagine how this show could shine the light on the efforts of all the independent rescues throughout the country!

  • Judy’s got my vote!

  • dmbug1551 says:

Okay, people, I sent $20. C’mon, everyone, send a donation. Thanks.

  • prbj says:

Thank you so much! Rest assured that we are so small that we don’t have levels. Your donations will go directly to the saving of pets. Before we adopt out a pet, we vet check, spay/neuter, bring it up to date on shots, and microchip it. For cats, this runs on average $123. Since our cat adoption fee is $125, you can see how tight we are. Plus Judy is known as the rescuer who will take the sick pets, the ones who have heartworm, etc. All of these expenses depend on donations. Thank you!

  • dmbug1551 says:

I stumbled on to this video on UTube by accident. Took my heart away. I wanted to make a donation which took me a few minutes to find out how. If everyone would send even $5-$10 would help. Donations may be made through Judy’s Paypal account or by mailing a check to Noho/Pet Rescue By Judy, PO Box 745, Goldenrod, FL 32733. I feel the funds are going to the animals and not several levels of administrative. God bless Judy and all her workers.
