I miss my dog soooo much…but this video helped me remember him, and our many days out in the sunny Sierras learning to stop busting up the flock of sheep like a bunch of billiard balls! Thank you for bringing my Muttel back to me for a few minutes.
Got two collies myself.
The one in the video is a really nice looking dog.
Mine run about the same but nowhere near as obedient.
One is pretty good but the other is very head strong.
i had a border collie from a working family, i took him to the dog park for the first time when he was about 6months old, and he herded all the other dogs into a circle… it was probably the best thing i’ve ever seen LOL

lol my uncle got 2 new sheepdogs. A middle aged one and a puppy. They are so sweet and gentle but they are definitely bred to work.
Takes ages to get a trained one used to a new master. its best to train them yourself.

I had a border collie kelpie cross when I was young. Great sheepdog.

I once saw a vid of a family reunion scene where the family had three Border Collies that were herding a group of a dozen or so small children around.
